SEASONS GREETINGS!

Seasonal Greetings from Offshore Marine Support and Energy Marine Services

We had previously thought that December was going to be quiet! How wrong we were, this has been one of the busiest months this year for enquiries (long may it continue).

Both Richard and Andy would like to thank our customers, Past, Present and Future, we would also like to thank all the members and owners of vessels who have joined us in 2012. We can assure you all that we will be working throughout the christmas period to secure contracts for next year.

Red7 have asked us to market their entire marine equipment catalogue, which includes several Tugs, Jackup barges, modular pontoons, etc.

We have also been approached by Clydeside Surveys to work with them on future projects.

We are planning our very own conference in the early part of January. We will be releasing details as and when we have them and we hope that many of you will be able to attend. We have secured several companies and one or two celebrities have agreed to join us. This is a free event please contact us for more details.

Recent Events

Andy was asked by RegenSW and RWE to take the stand at their Supply Chain Event in Exeter on the 5th December, this was to discuss the co-operative! this had a massive and very positive response that has lead to further opportunities for the group in the future (we will keep you posted on further developments).

We were also asked to submit an editorial to Wind Energy Network, the initial response to the submission was "we might be able to use this in the next edition" but after informing them that we had spoken at the above event we were told that our submission will be run as an industry lead article in the next edition, with a flag that there will be a future feature focus area on this subject, with contributions from many others.

We have previously been published by offshoreWIND.biz and we intend to have another article posted in the new year, feel free to submit anything to us so that we can publish on the web site, blog and anywhere else we can post it.

Now for 2013.

Planned events........

It is our intention to
secure trade stands at All Energy in Aberdeen in May, we have already secured our stand again at Seawork (Southampton) in June.  We have also submitted a paper to see if we will be lucky enough to be able to speak at the conferences at All Energy.

WITHOUT NAMING ORGANISATIONS, it is safe to say that we are currently talking with just about all of the main energy companies at senior level, many of which are excited about the vessel co-operative (strength in numbers), supporting each other is the best way forward.

Please remember we are working to create a national presence with outstanding professional quality and support.

Have a great Christmas and here's to 2013

Regards

Andy / Richard
